Every year, we publish a survey of community managers in France . The opportunity to better understand the profile and daily life of those who work on social media. In the same vein, the Ida agency is now interested in the use and interest of companies and managers for social media. A comprehensive study, based on testimonials from members of general management (26%), communication (31%), marketing (16%), sales (7%) and HR (4%) departments. Conclusions of the 2014 Enterprise & Social Media barometer 3 out of 4 leaders see social media phone number list as a societal change. 3 social networks are doing well: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. 91% of leaders consider digital transformation to be a strategic objective. 72% of executives view social media as a strategic objective. 75% of managers consider the first results of their social media strategies to be positive. 93% of managers consider e-reputation management to be strategic. 90% of leaders validate the effectiveness of social media for communication. 54% of executives approve of the effectiveness of social media for sales. 58% of companies watch over social media. 50% of companies use social media to communicate and/or prospect. Respondents identify two success factors for social media strategies: multi-channel integration and content quality.

Social networks have multiplied rapidly, and they have added to each other, without replacing each other. Apart from a few disappearances, such as Myspace, we now use many networks, sometimes daily: Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube, Instagram… But we don't feel the same degree of attachment to all these networks. We can for example love YouTube, and hate Twitter. Or for example, enjoy G+ and not Facebook. It's actually quite common! On the occasion of SXSW , UTA Brand Studio and technology presented the results of a study to find out which networks we were phone number list most attached to according to our age and gender. Results rich in lessons. The study was conducted among 2006 American adults over the age of 18.The most surprising thing about this study is surely the “general” ranking. Facebook is 1st, followed by Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Reddit. Twitter is only 11th, far from what we might imagine. This figure nevertheless demonstrates Twitter's difficulties in attracting new users, and gives reason to skeptics about its ability to grow.

Before launching a new feature, Facebook tests it on a number of accounts. Beta testers who allow the social network to refine its new options before deploying them on all accounts. The new Newsfeed is the perfect example. But Facebook is not the only network to use this method: the tests carried out by Twitter have become legion. The latest is a new feed, People,” to follow your favorite accounts. Concretely, the " People" feed works in the same way as a Twitter list. You add the accounts of your choice to this list. They are then accessible with a simple swipe of the finger on the mobile application. While currently the mobile app tabs are Timeline, Interactions, “Discover” and Profile, this new “ People” feed would be placed right next to the Timeline. Overall, the different social networks agree on one variable: monthly active users (MAU). These are members accessing or using the service in a given month. Facebook and Twitter go further, regularly disclosing the number of daily active users. Their competitors, probably less swift on this subject, rarely deliver this type of information.
